For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD27 is a 50 kDa member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily, including CD40 and CD30. Members of this family regulate cell proliferation and death.
CD27 and its ligand CD70 are predominantly expressed in lymphocytes. Proper antigen receptor ligation is required for high CD27 expression, while CD70 expression needs co-stimulatory or inflammatory signals.
CD27 forms a disulfide-linked homodimer on mature thymocytes, peripheral blood T cells, and some B cells. Upon T cell activation, CD27 expression increases, and a soluble form (sCD27, 28–32 kDa) appears in plasma, urine, or spinal fluid. Soluble CD27 serves as a prognostic marker for acute and chronic B cell malignancies.
CD27-binding protein (SIVA) is proapoptotic and participates in CD27-mediated apoptosis. Diseases associated with CD27 dysfunction include Lymphoproliferative Syndrome 2 and Autosomal Recessive Lymphoproliferative Syndrome.
