Target Information
RGS19는 G 단백질 알파 서브유닛의 GTPase 활성을 증가시켜 비활성화된 GDP 결합 형태로 전환시킴으로써 신호전달을 억제합니다. 주로 G(i)-alpha-3에 결합하며, G(z)-alpha에 대한 활성은 인산화 및 팔미토일화에 의해 억제됩니다.
