Target Information
RGS19는 G 단백질 α 서브유닛의 GTPase 활성을 증가시켜 신호전달을 억제하며, 이를 통해 α 서브유닛을 GDP 결합 불활성 형태로 전환시킵니다. 주로 G(i)-alpha-3에 결합하며, G(z)-alpha의 활성은 인산화 및 팔미토일화에 의해 억제됩니다.
