Blinatumomab is a BiTE-class (bi-specific T-cell engager) recombinant monoclonal antibody indicated for the treatment of Philadelphia chromosome-negative relapsed or refractory B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
It is manufactured by Amgen Inc. and marketed under the brand Blincyto™.
