Target Information
Influenza A 바이러스의 Nucleoprotein(NP)은 음성가닥 RNA를 캡시드화하여 복제 및 전사에 필수적인 역할을 합니다.
NP는 ssRNA에 결합하고, 자가 결합을 통해 큰 올리고머 복합체를 형성할 수 있습니다.
또한 NP는 PB1, PB2, M1 등의 바이러스 단백질 및 숙주 세포의 다양한 단백질과 상호작용합니다.
NP는 importin 계열의 핵 내 수용체, F-actin, CRM1, BAT1/UAP56 등과 결합하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다 (Portela et al., 2002).
