Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
AFAP1 (Actin filament-associated protein 1) encodes a Src binding partner that may modulate actin filament integrity in response to cellular signals. It functions as an adaptor protein linking Src family members and/or other signaling proteins to actin filaments. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
