Target Information
PDPK1 (3-Phosphoinositide Dependent Protein Kinase 1)은 AGC kinase의 인산화를 매개하며, conventional PKC 및 PKC zeta를 활성화합니다. 또한, PDPK1은 phosphatidylinositol-3,4,5-trisphosphate 존재 하에서 Protein Kinase B (PKB)를 Thr308 위치에서 인산화합니다. 활성화된 Akt는 Glycogen Synthase Kinase 3 (GSK3)를 불활성화시켜 glycogen synthase의 탈인산화 및 활성화를 유도하며, glycogen 합성을 촉진합니다. PDPK1은 인슐린 유도 glycogen 합성 및 PKC 활성화에 관여하므로, 대사성 약물 연구에서 중요한 타깃으로 간주됩니다.
