For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD31 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, PECAM-1) is an inhibitory coreceptor regulating T and B cell signaling through dual ITIM motifs that, upon phosphorylation, recruit protein-tyrosine phosphatases.
CD31 is ubiquitously expressed in the vascular compartment, mainly at cell junctions, and mediates homophilic binding via its N-terminal Ig-like domain.
It plays roles in integrin-mediated adhesion, transendothelial migration, angiogenesis, apoptosis, immune regulation, autoimmunity, macrophage phagocytosis, IgE-mediated anaphylaxis, and thrombosis.
CD31 is a key regulatory molecule in the vascular system.
