Description:
MEL-14 단일클론 항체는 마우스 CD62L(76 kDa, selectin 계열)을 인식합니다. CD62L은 호중구, 단핵구, T·B·NK 세포 일부에 발현되며, CD34, GlyCAM-1, MAdCAM-1 등 당화된 글라이코프로테인과 결합하여 염증 부위에서 림프구의 혈관 내피 부착 및 림프절 고내피세정맥(HEV) 이동에 관여합니다.

Applications Reported:

• Flow cytometry 분석
• Adhesion 차단 기능 연구
  (형광 표지된 MEL-14는 유세포분석용으로 권장)

Applications Tested:

• 마우스 비장세포 분석에 사용됨
• ≤0.5 µg/test 권장 (100 µL 시료 부피 기준)
• 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위 내에서 실험적으로 결정

Target Information

인간 CD62L은 74–95 kDa의 glycoprotein으로, selectin 계열의 접착 수용체입니다.
N-말단 C-type lectin domain, EGF-like domain, SCR 반복 서열, transmembrane 및 cytoplasmic 영역으로 구성됩니다.
모든 백혈구(림프구, 단핵구, 다형핵세포 등)에 발현되며, 일부 memory T 세포에서는 발현이 감소합니다.
