Store vial at -20°C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.

This affinity-purified antibody is specific for the phosphorylated form of mouse c-Myb protein at the pT486 residue. Reactivity occurs against mouse c-Myb pT486 protein and is minimal with non-phosphorylated forms by ELISA and western blot.
Reacts with endogenous c-Myb and SUMOylated overexpressed c-Myb in transfected Cos7 cells.
BLAST analysis indicates potential cross-reactivity with c-Myb from rat, pig, human, horse, platypus, opossum, orangutan, spider monkey, bonobo, gorilla, and chimpanzee, as well as homologs from cattle and avian species.
