Target Information
This gene encodes a protein that interacts with the carboxy-terminus of transcription initiation factor TFIIF, which regulates elongation and initiation by RNA polymerase II. The protein may also be part of the RNA polymerase II holoenzyme complex. Alternative splicing results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
