Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
PPP4R1 is a regulatory subunit of serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 4. It may play a role in the regulation of cell division in renal glomeruli. The PPP4C–PPP4R1 PP4 complex may be involved in the dephosphorylation and regulation of HDAC3.
