Target Information
인슐린과 IGF-1의 생물학적 작용은 각각의 세포 표면 수용체 티로신 키나아제에 의해 매개되며, 이는 여러 인산화 신호 전달 경로를 조절합니다.
인슐린/IGF-1이 수용체의 세포외 도메인에 결합하면 하위 표적 단백질의 자가 인산화가 유도됩니다.
두 수용체는 리간드 특이성과 세포내 신호전달 도메인에서 서열 차이를 가지며, 이는 활성화 후 기능적 결과에 차이를 유발합니다.
IR 결함은 다양한 인슐린 저항성 증후군의 원인이 되며, IGF-1R 결함은 성장 지연을 초래할 수 있습니다.
