For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD79a is a disulphide-linked heterodimer that includes the B29 (CD79b) polypeptide. It functions as a B lymphocyte antigen receptor component, associating with Ig-alpha and Ig-beta, which are essential for B-cell receptor expression and function.
CD79a appears at the pre-B cell stage and persists until the plasma cell stage, where it becomes intracellular.
It is expressed in most precursor B-cell type acute leukemias, B cell lines, B cell lymphomas, and some myelomas, but not in myeloid or T cell lines.
Diseases associated with CD79a include Agammaglobulinemia 3 and Agammaglobulinemia, Non-Bruton type.
