Product Specific Information

The monoclonal antibody QCH6A7 reacts with mouse CD20, a B cell-specific 32-kDa membrane protein expressed from late pro-B cells through memory B cells. CD20 is involved in intracellular calcium regulation and B cell proliferation. It is not found on hematopoietic stem cells or mature plasma cells.

Staining with clone QCH6A7 provides improved intensity compared to clone AISB12 in flow cytometry.

Fluorophore Information:
PerCP-eFluor™ 710 emits at 710 nm (excited by 488 nm blue laser). Recommended filter: 710/50 bandpass (alternative: 695/40).
Light-sensitive; protect from light.

Fixation:
Samples can be stored up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark using:

• IC Fixation Buffer (Product #00-8222)
• 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product #00-5333)

Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.

Target Information

CD20 is a non-glycosylated surface phosphoprotein (33–37 kDa) expressed on mature and malignant B cells, a subset of T cells, and follicular dendritic cells. It regulates calcium conductance, cell cycle progression, and B-cell proliferation. CD20 remains on the cell surface following antibody binding, making it an effective therapeutic target in B-cell malignancies and autoimmune diseases.
