Target Information
Dynactin 2는 10–11개의 서브유닛으로 구성된 다이낵틴 복합체의 50-kDa 서브유닛을 인코딩합니다. 이 복합체는 미세소관 및 세포질 다이닌과 결합하며, ER-to-Golgi 수송, 리소좀 및 엔도좀 이동, 방추체 형성, 염색체 이동, 핵 위치 조정, 축삭 형성 등 다양한 세포 기능에 관여합니다. Dynactin 분자당 4–5개의 복제본이 존재하며, 세 개의 짧은 α-나선형 코일-코일 도메인을 포함하여 다른 서브유닛과의 결합에 관여합니다. p150 서브유닛과 직접 상호작용하여 복합체 구조를 유지할 수 있습니다.
