이 CHI2S4N 단클론 항체는 인간 및 마우스 STAT6 단백질의 Tyr641 인산화형을 인식합니다. STAT6은 IL-4 자극 시 JAK1 및 JAK3에 의해 인산화되어 T세포 성장과 B세포의 IgE 생산을 촉진합니다.
ELISA 및 유세포분석으로 특이성이 검증되었습니다.

Reported Applications:

• Intracellular staining
• Flow cytometry analysis

Tested Applications:

• Pre-titrated for intracellular staining of stimulated normal human peripheral blood cells
• Recommended usage: 5 µL (0.06 µg)/test (final volume 100 µL)
• Cell number range: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test

Staining Protocol:

• Recommended: Protocol C (Two-step: Fixation/Methanol)
• Protocols A and B are not suitable for this antibody.

STAT6 단백질은 IL-4 및 IL-13에 의해 활성화되는 전사인자로, Th2 세포 분화, T세포 증식, IgE class switching 등 IL-4 매개 기능에 필수적입니다. STAT6 mRNA는 말초혈액림프구, 대장, 난소, 전립선, 흉선, 비장, 신장, 간, 폐, 태반 등 다양한 조직에서 검출됩니다. STAT6은 Th2 면역반응 조절에 중요한 역할을 하며 STAT6a 및 STAT6c 두 가지 isoform으로 존재합니다.
