Target Information
RICH2는 GTPase-activating protein (GAP)으로 Rho-type GTPases의 GTPase 활성을 자극하여 GTP 결합 상태와 GDP 결합 상태 사이의 전환을 조절합니다. CDC42 및 RAC1에 대한 GAP으로 작용하며, 뉴런에서 dendritic spine 형성과 시냅스 가소성에 관여합니다. SHANK3와의 상호작용을 통해 GRIA1의 재활용 엔도솜에서의 외포 작용과 장기 강화(LTP) 관련 spine 형태 변화를 촉진합니다.
