- Product #31813 has been validated in WB, IF, ICC, IHC, IP, and FACS applications.
- Reacts with heavy chains of mouse IgG, not with light chains common to most mouse immunoglobulins.
- Does not react with mouse IgM or non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
- May cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
- Store at 4°C. For extended storage, add an equal volume of glycerol (final 50%) and store at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with 1.5 mL of distilled water before use.
