Product #31820 has been successfully used in Western blot, IF, ICC, ISH, and IHC applications.
This antibody reacts with the heavy chains of rabbit IgG and with the light chains common to most rabbit immunoglobulins.
Cross-reacts with rabbit IgM (25%) and may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
Target Information
Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins.
They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit IgG targets.
Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility for use with various detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and provide enhanced sensitivity through signal amplification.
Typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled rabbit immunoglobulins and further purified via immunoaffinity chromatography or conjugation processes.
