Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies는 마우스 immunoglobulin에 대한 특이성이 잘 확립된 affinity-purified 항체로, 검출, 분류 또는 정제에 유용합니다.
Secondary antibody는 HRP, AP, fluorescence 등 다양한 detection system과 결합할 수 있으며, 여러 개의 secondary antibody가 하나의 primary antibody에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통해 민감도를 높일 수 있습니다.
일반적으로 host 동물에 target species의 immunoglobulin을 면역하여 생성되며, 추가적으로 immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation 등을 통해 높은 특이성을 가진 시약으로 정제 및 변형됩니다.
