For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The Lipin family of nuclear proteins includes Lipin-1, Lipin-2, and Lipin-3, which share a nuclear signal sequence, an N-terminal (NLIP) domain, and a C-terminal (CLIP) domain.
LPIN1 (Lipin-1) is essential for normal adipose tissue development and metabolism. It activates fatty acid oxidation and mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation pathways via PGC-1A and PPARA, while suppressing lipogenesis and circulating lipid levels.
Overexpression of LPIN1 promotes fat accumulation and insulin sensitivity, whereas deficiency may lead to insulin resistance and lipodystrophy characterized by loss of body fat, fatty liver, and hypertriglyceridemia.
