Target Information
Poly ADP-Ribose Polymerase (PARP)는 NAD⁺를 기질로 사용하여 다양한 핵 단백질에 ADP-ribose를 전달하는 효소입니다.
PARP의 85 kDa 절편은 세포사멸(apoptosis)의 초기 표지로 알려져 있으며, caspase CPP32 단백질에 의해 Adp216과 Gly217 사이에서 절단됩니다.
이 절단 부위는 여러 종에서 보존되어 있습니다.
