Target Information
Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and have well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target. Secondary antibodies enhance versatility by enabling the use of multiple detection systems such as HRP, AP, or fluorescence, and provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification. Typically, they are produced by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and may be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) for high specificity.
