Target Information
Glucocorticoid Receptor (NR3C1)은 글루코코르티코이드의 수용체로서 전사 인자 및 다른 전사 인자들의 조절자로 작용합니다. 이 수용체는 heat shock 단백질 및 immunophilin과 복합체를 형성하여 세포질 내에 존재하다가, 리간드 결합 시 핵으로 이동합니다. 심장(좌·우 심방, 좌·우 심실, 대동맥 등)에서 발현되며, 다양한 스플라이싱과 번역 개시 부위 사용으로 여러 isoform을 생성합니다.
NR3C1 유전자의 변이는 글루코코르티코이드 저항성과 관련이 있으며, 리간드 활성화를 위해 샤페론 단백질 복합체와의 결합이 필요합니다. GR은 덱사메타손 등 스테로이드와 나노몰 농도 수준의 친화도로 결합합니다.
