Target Information
TIF1gamma is a member of the Transcriptional Intermediary Factor 1 family, functioning as a coactivator and corepressor. It shares structural similarity with TIF1alpha and TIF1beta, containing multiple domains such as RING finger, coiled coil, B boxes, PHD/TTC, and bromodomain. TIF1gamma plays a role in cell differentiation and development, particularly in hematopoietic cell differentiation.
