Target Information
TIF1 gamma is a member of the Transcriptional Intermediary Factor 1 family, functioning as both coactivator and corepressor. It shares structural similarity with TIF1 alpha and TIF1 beta, containing multiple domains such as RING finger, coiled coil, B boxes, PHD/TTC, and bromodomain. TIF1 gamma is involved in cell differentiation and development, particularly in hematopoietic cell differentiation.
