Product Overview
Candida albicans는 인체 내 가장 흔한 진균 병원체로, 건강한 성인의 절반 정도에서 위장관, 구강, 질 등에서 발견됩니다. 정상적인 미생물총의 일부로 존재하지만, 면역력 저하, 항생제 사용, 당뇨 등의 조건에서 과증식하여 병원성을 나타낼 수 있습니다. 과증식 시 요로감염, 질염, 구강칸디다증, 점막피부칸디다증 등을 유발하며, 심한 경우 혈류나 장기로 침투해 시력 손상, 골감염, 심내막염, 뇌막염 등을 초래할 수 있습니다.

Storage Conditions and Product Stability
All kit components can be stored for 2 years after production without performance reduction.
Store at -20°C upon arrival. Avoid repeated thawing/freezing (>2x) of Master Mix and Positive Control.
For intermittent use, aliquot reagents before freezing.
