Product Specific Information

The OX-86 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD134 (OX40), a 50 kDa type I membrane glycoprotein and a member of the TNF receptor superfamily. CD134 is expressed on activated mouse CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. Its interaction with CD252 (OX40 ligand) plays roles in T cell-dependent humoral responses, T cell expansion, survival, memory T cell pool size, and tolerance regulation.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Tested on stimulated mouse splenocytes at ≤0.25 µg/test. A test is defined as the amount of antibody staining a cell sample in 100 µL volume (10⁵–10⁸ cells/test). Antibody titration is recommended for optimal performance.

Light Sensitivity: This tandem dye is sensitive to photo-induced oxidation. Protect from light.
Fixation: Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product #00-8222-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product #00-5333-54) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark.

Target Information
