Product Specific Information
This antibody has a human Fab with a kappa light chain and Rabbit Fc. It recognizes the RBD domain of SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein.
- Applications Tested: Flow cytometric analysis of HEK 293 cells transfected with full-length spike protein. Recommended ≤1 µg/test (100 µL final volume). Optimal titration required.

Target Information
SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2), also known as 2019-nCoV, causes illnesses from mild cold-like symptoms to severe respiratory distress. The Spike (S) protein mediates viral attachment, fusion, and entry, and is a key target for antibody and vaccine development. The Spike protein receptor-binding domain (RBD, S-RBD) binds strongly to human and bat ACE2 receptors, exhibiting higher binding affinity than SARS-CoV RBD.
