Target Information
SRPK1 (Serine/Threonine Protein Kinase 1) regulates both constitutive and alternative splicing by controlling the intracellular localization of splicing factors. It is localized in both the nucleus and cytoplasm. An alternatively spliced transcript variant has been described, though its full-length form has not been determined.
