Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Ribosomes are organelles responsible for protein synthesis, composed of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. These subunits include four RNA species and about 80 distinct proteins.
The RPL27 gene encodes a ribosomal protein that forms part of the 60S subunit and belongs to the L27E family. It is localized in the cytoplasm. As with many ribosomal protein genes, multiple processed pseudogenes are dispersed throughout the genome.
