Product Specific Information
This AF6-88.5.5.3 monoclonal antibody reacts with the H-2Kb MHC class I alloantigen.
H-2Kb is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8.
Reactivity to other haplotypes (e.g., d, f, j, k, p, q, r, s, u, and v) has not been observed.
Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes.
Recommended usage ≤ 1 µg/test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
Careful titration is recommended for optimal assay performance.
