Product Specific Information
- IHC (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10 mM Tris (1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
ITLN1은 기초 포도당 흡수에는 영향을 주지 않지만, 인슐린 자극에 의한 포도당 흡수를 촉진합니다.
ITLN1은 인슐린 존재 여부와 관계없이 AKT 인산화를 증가시키며, 미생물 방어 시스템에 관여할 수 있습니다.
병원체의 탄수화물 사슬 및 갈락토푸라노실 잔기를 포함한 세균 성분을 칼슘 의존적으로 인식할 가능성이 있습니다.
또한 철 대사에도 관련이 있을 수 있습니다.
