Target Information
RALBP1은 RAC1 및 CDC42에 결합된 GTP의 가수분해를 활성화할 수 있으며, RALA에는 작용하지 않습니다. 또한 S-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-glutathione (DNP-SG) 및 doxorubicin (DOX)의 ATP 의존적 수송을 매개하며, 적혈구 내에서 글루타티온 결합체(GS-E) 및 DOX의 주요 수송체로 작용합니다. 글루타티온 결합체 및 외인성 물질의 수송을 촉진하며, 다약제 내성 현상에 기여할 수 있습니다. 세포 간기 동안 엔도사이토시스 복합체를 형성하는 단백질을 결합시키는 스캐폴드 단백질로 작용하며, CDC2와 함께 엔도사이토시스를 억제하는 역할을 합니다. 주요 기질 중 하나는 EPN1/Epsin입니다.
