Target Information
RALBP1은 RAC1 및 CDC42에 결합된 GTP의 가수분해를 활성화하지만 RALA에는 작용하지 않습니다. S-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-glutathione (DNP-SG) 및 doxorubicin (DOX)의 ATP 의존적 수송을 매개하며, 적혈구에서 glutathione conjugates의 주요 수송체로 작용합니다. 또한 다약제 내성 현상에 기여할 수 있으며, 세포주기 동안 endocytotic complex를 형성하는 단백질들을 연결하는 scaffold 역할을 합니다. EPN1/Epsin이 그 기질 중 하나입니다.
