Target Information
RALBP1은 RAC1 및 CDC42에 결합된 GTP의 가수분해를 활성화할 수 있으며, RALA에는 작용하지 않습니다.
ATP 의존적으로 S-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-glutathione (DNP-SG) 및 doxorubicin (DOX)을 운반하며, 적혈구 내에서 글루타티온 결합체 및 DOX의 주요 ATP 의존 수송체로 작용합니다.
또한 글루타티온 결합체 및 외인성 물질의 수송을 촉매하며, 다약제 내성 현상에 기여할 수 있습니다.
세포분열 간기 동안 엔도사이토시스 복합체 형성에 관련된 단백질들을 결합시키는 스캐폴드 단백질로 작용하며, CDC2와 함께 엔도사이토시스를 억제합니다. 그 기질 중 하나는 EPN1/Epsin입니다.
