Reconstitution: Add 50 µL or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer periods, store aliquots at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

NHERF1 (Na+/H+ exchanger regulatory factor 1), also known as EBP50 (ezrin, radixin, moesin-binding phosphoprotein 50), is an adaptor protein associated with beta-catenin and required for its localization at cell-cell junctions.
It interacts with various G protein-coupled receptors and regulates their trafficking, sodium-hydrogen exchange, and sodium-dependent phosphate transport.
NHERF1/EBP50 inhibits cell motility and is essential for suppressing anchorage-independent growth.
The protein contains a C-terminal ERM-binding region and two N-terminal PDZ domains, enabling a head-to-tail intramolecular conformation that regulates its interactions.
