Product Specific Information

The 20LJS09 monoclonal antibody reacts specifically with human interleukin (IL)-17AF heterodimer and does not cross-react with IL-17A or IL-17F homodimers. IL-17A and IL-17F are cytokines secreted by Th17 cells, γδ T cells, and subsets of innate lymphoid cells. The IL-17AF heterodimer signals through the IL-17RA/IL-17RC receptor complex, mediating immune responses at mucosal surfaces and found in inflammatory conditions such as IBD, asthma, atopic dermatitis, and rheumatoid arthritis.

Applications Reported: Intracellular staining followed by flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Pre-titrated for intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis of in vitro-polarized human Th17 cells. Recommended usage is 5 µL (0.25 µg) per test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 520 nm; Laser: Blue Laser.
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.

Target Information

IL-17A and IL-17F are homodimeric cytokines secreted by Th17 and other immune cells. The IL-17AF heterodimer also signals through IL-17RA/IL-17RC receptor complex, contributing to mucosal immunity and inflammation. Found at lesion sites in inflammatory bowel disease, asthma, atopic dermatitis, and rheumatoid arthritis.
