Target Information
ACVR2B는 TGF-beta 패밀리의 type II ser/thr kinase 수용체로, activin 및 myostatin 신호 전달 경로에 관여합니다. Activin과 inhibin은 TGF-beta 슈퍼패밀리에 속하며, 모든 TGF-beta 형태에 공통적인 9개의 시스테인 중 7개의 보존성을 공유합니다. 현재까지 포유류에서 7개의 type I 및 5개의 type II activin 수용체가 클로닝되었으며, activin receptor IA, IIA, IB, IIB 등이 포함됩니다. 또한 activin receptor IIA의 두 가지 및 activin receptor IIB의 다섯 가지 스플라이스 변이가 보고되었습니다.
