Qdot nanocrystals are composed of semiconductor material that generates exceptionally bright fluorescent particles resistant to photobleaching. When paired with the correct optical filters, Qdot nanocrystals are up to 50 times brighter than traditional organic dyes.
Target Information
Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit IgG targets. Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. These antibodies are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and may be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation).
