Qdot 나노결정은 반도체 물질로 구성되어 매우 밝고 광퇴색이 거의 없는 형광 입자를 형성합니다.
적절한 광학 필터와 함께 사용할 경우 기존 유기 염료보다 최대 50배 더 밝은 신호를 제공합니다.
Target Information
Anti-Rabbit 2차 항체는 토끼 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성을 가진 친화정제 항체로, Rabbit IgG의 검출, 분류, 정제에 유용합니다.
2차 항체는 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)과 결합하여 높은 감도를 제공하며, 하나의 1차 항체에 여러 개의 2차 항체가 결합함으로써 신호 증폭이 가능합니다.
대부분의 2차 항체는 목표 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 숙주 동물을 면역화하여 생성되며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 표지 결합 등의 과정으로 추가 정제 및 변형됩니다.
