본 Goat anti-Mouse IgG 항체는 다양한 종의 IgG 및 혈청에 대해 사전 교차 흡착되어 비특이적 결합을 최소화하고 높은 특이성을 제공합니다. 교차 흡착은 항체 용액을 잠재적 교차 반응 종의 혈청 단백질이 고정된 컬럼을 통해 통과시켜 비특이적 항체를 제거하는 정제 과정입니다. 이 과정을 통해 멀티플렉스 형광 염색이나 내인성 면역글로불린이 존재하는 시료에서도 낮은 배경 신호를 확보할 수 있습니다.

사용 시, 단백질 용액을 미세원심분리기로 짧게 원심분리한 후 상등액만 사용하십시오. 이는 저장 중 형성된 단백질 응집체를 제거하여 비특이적 배경 신호를 줄이는 데 도움이 됩니다. 최적 희석 배율은 실험 조건에 따라 경험적으로 결정해야 합니다.
