본 항체는 비특이적 반응을 최소화하기 위해 소, 염소, 마우스, 랫, 인간 IgG에 대해 교차 흡착(pre cross-adsorbed) 처리되었습니다. 이 과정을 통해 높은 특이성과 낮은 백그라운드 신호를 확보할 수 있습니다.
교차 흡착은 항체 용액을 잠재적으로 교차 반응할 수 있는 종의 혈청 단백질이 고정된 컬럼을 통과시키는 정제 단계로, 비특이적 결합 항체를 제거하여 고도로 특이적인 항체를 얻습니다.
형광 다중 염색(multiplexing) 또는 내인성 면역글로불린이 존재할 수 있는 조직/세포 염색 시 높은 신뢰도의 결과를 제공합니다.
사용 전 단백질 응집체 제거를 위해 원심분리 후 상등액만 사용을 권장합니다. 적절한 희석 배수는 실험 조건에 따라 경험적으로 결정해야 합니다.

일반적으로 표적 종의 면역글로불린 풀을 이용해 면역화된 후 친화 크로마토그래피, 단편화, 표지 결합 등의 과정을 거쳐 고특이성 항체로 제조됩니다.
