Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences are cloned from immunoreactive rabbits, and individual clones are screened for optimal performance.

Target Information
Cyclin D3 belongs to the cyclin family, which exhibits periodic changes in protein abundance through the cell cycle. Cyclins regulate CDK kinases and coordinate mitotic events.
Cyclin D3 forms a complex with CDK4 or CDK6, essential for the G1/S transition. It interacts with and phosphorylates the tumor suppressor Rb protein. CDK4 activity associated with Cyclin D3 is also required for progression through G2 phase into mitosis after UV radiation.
Mutations or dysregulation of the CCND3 gene have been linked to diseases such as Retinoblastoma and Plasma Cell Leukemia.
