이 항체는 cytofluorometry 및 immunoprecipitation에서 native HLA-A2를 인식하지만 Western blot에서는 인식하지 않습니다.
MHC Class I (MHC Class Ia) 분자는 모든 인간 핵세포 표면에 발현됩니다.
Western blotting (non-reducing 조건)에서는 대부분의 HLA-B 및 HLA-C 분자에 반응하지만 HLA-A에는 반응하지 않습니다.
반응성은 classical antibody W6/32와 매우 유사합니다.
