Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

HRAS is a monomeric G protein functioning as a molecular switch that links receptor and nonreceptor tyrosine kinase activation to downstream signaling pathways.
Mammalian cells express three Ras proto-oncogenes (H-, K-, N-Ras), encoding closely related proteins.
Oncogenic Ras mutations occur in approximately 30% of human cancers, leading to uncontrolled proliferation and reduced apoptosis.

  • K-Ras mutations: common in pancreatic, colorectal, and non-small-cell lung carcinomas
  • H-Ras mutations: common in bladder, kidney, and thyroid carcinomas
  • N-Ras mutations: found in melanoma, hematological malignancies, and hepatocellular carcinoma
