Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The NCF4 protein is a cytosolic regulatory component of the superoxide-producing phagocyte NADPH-oxidase complex, crucial for host defense.
It is preferentially expressed in myeloid cells and interacts with NCF2 (p67-phox) and NCF1 (p47-phox) to form a complex that activates flavocytochrome b upon cell stimulation.
Its PX domain binds phospholipid products of PI(3) kinase, implicating it in PI(3) kinase-mediated signaling.
Phosphorylation negatively regulates enzyme activity, and alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed.
