OXSR1 (OSR1) serine/threonine kinase는 삼투 스트레스에 의해 활성화되며, PAK1과 같은 하위 단백질 키나아제를 조절하여 세포의 환경 스트레스 반응을 유도합니다. 또한 DNA 손상 과정 중 ATM 또는 ATR에 의해 인산화될 수 있으며, actin cytoskeleton 조절에도 관여합니다.
