Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
K-RAS (GTPase KRas) is a member of the Ras oncogene family. It binds GDP/GTP and exhibits intrinsic GTPase activity.
This protein regulates cell proliferation and contributes to oncogenic events by inducing transcriptional silencing of tumor suppressor genes in colorectal cancer cells via ZNF304-dependent mechanisms.
Mutations in KRAS are associated with acute myelogenous leukemia, juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia, Noonan Syndrome, gastric cancer, and cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome 2.
